Quilting Demos
Visit the Quilt display at the Moore Building. There will be a variety of unique, handmade quilts on display and you can watch the Quilters of South Carolina demonstrate their special craft.
Sand Sculpture
Watch 150,000 LBS of sand get shaped and molded into a 75 ton masterpiece by artisans who have worked around the globe! These artisans have more than 10 World Sand Sculpting Championships under their belts and we are very excited to see what kind of Sandscape they will create this year!
Petting Zoo
Visit the Commerford and Sons Petting Zoo to see camels, ponies, elephants, and more! You can even take a shot at riding some of these amazing animals!
Greatest Grandparent Contest
For the 25th year, the fair will be holding the Greatest Grandparent Contest! Visit the Pepsi Grandstand on October 16, 2011 at 2:00PM to see who will win the award this year!
